What You'll Do
As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, inspecting, and finishing prosthetic components while maintaining strict adherence to manufacturing and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and standardized documentation.
- Maintain accurate assembly records and production documentation.
- Prepare prosthetic components and materials for assembly.
- Assemble prosthetic products and components according to defined specifications.
- Perform finishing and final inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements before distribution.
- Prepare sub-assemblies for use in future manufacturing processes.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and rework prosthetic components as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, equipment, and computer systems in a mechanical manufacturing setting.
- Support Quality Assurance activities, including investigations and root cause analyses.
- Adhere to all manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, assembly, mechanical, or related experience is a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements and detailed assembly work.
- Ability to work on a computer as needed for documentation and production tracking.
